With over 15 years of experience as a
leader in the public digital services industry, he brings a unique perspective on envisioning societal changes, translating them into opportunities for new public value, and leading complex transformation projects.
As a natural-born innovator, Bart successfully merged two former organizations into Cultuurconnect, positioning it as a visionary start-up in the field of digital service providers for the public sector. Under his leadership, Cultuurconnect became a prestigious incubator and digital shared services center for hundreds of public libraries, theaters, cultural, and community centers in Flanders. With a team of more than 50 people, the start-up has experienced significant growth.
Bart’s passion for change has now led him to take a new professional path and join the Scopernia team. As a transformation consultant, he will help our clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of societal, economic, and technological changes. He will assist them in envisioning a positive future, developing smart strategic paths, and staying ahead of the curve.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Bart is not only an avid lover of progmetal music but also an active cycling enthusiast who enjoys rolling up his sleeves on weekends for the renovation of his old city house. Bart's creativity, can-do mentality, and perseverance align perfectly with Scopernia's values, making him an ideal fit for our team!
